Sauca Products collaborates with multiple courier partners for shipping across India. Standard shipping mode is By Road, unless otherwise specified.
You understand that shipping is chargeable and will be included in the invoice.
If ordered product is available in stock, the same shall be packed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of order placement.
If the ordered product is out of stock, then Sauca Products will get it produced and dispatch it at earliest. Sauca Products will keep you informed of the delay under such circumstances.
Tracking details will be communicated to you on dispatch of product. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays from our courier partners and/or transporters.
Sauca Products accept orders only from India.
Order Cancellation
Sauca Products reserves the right to accept or reject an order. Order acceptance is subject to dispatch of the product
A Customer can opt to cancel an order within 1 hour for the order by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any else the order is considered as confirmed.
This is not applicable for Express delivery orders since those are processed and shipped immediately.
If approved for refund, the amount will be credited to the card or the account used during order placement or original method of payment.
if shipment was returned due to incorrect address;
if arrangements have not been made for taking delivery of the product;
if you refuse to accept the product at time of delivery for reasons other than damage;
if damage to product is reported after 24 hours of receipt of product;
Sauca Products reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.
Sauca Products reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a Customer or breaches the terms & conditions of using the website
You agree that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, as applicable.
